"I had a gift card to use with my purchase. The cashier, Julie, told me to swipe it, but I told her that wasn't an option because there was no magnetic strip on the gift card, there was only a barcode to scan. She then proceeded to try and swipe the gift card several times and said that it was an old gift card so we would have to call it in which would take 45 minutes to an hour. I asked if she could just scan the gift card and instead of trying it and showing me that it wouldn't work she just said no, I've tried before, it doesn't work so I asked again if she could just try scanning it and she told me no again. So I just paid with my debit card and left the store very unhappy, irritated, frustrated, and dissatisfied. I won't be returning to Gordman's again."
